Generation O is for parents seeking Organic, Natural, Holistic and Alternative treatments for themselves and their families.

I'm a Mommy myself that has spent years researching, learning and undergoing western, eastern medical and alternative treatments, I have an inside track to many modalities of treatments. Working as Biochemist with an emphasis in Environmental Toxicology;  I study chemicals in personal care products to environmental toxins and and I believe in educating people who want to learn about the effects toxic chemicals can have. I don't believe in the hype of "going green" without the knowledge to back it up.

Knowledge is key and I feel we all need to be aware of the chemicals and toxins we use every day.  From cleaning supplies to personal care products for the entire family, I constantly looking for safer alternatives.

With a wealth of knowledge and understanding of labels and organic products we can educate ourselves and our children to become the next Generation of smarter Organics.  We are what we eat and nutrition is key.
